4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

4.1 Prices displayed on the Website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
4.2 Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Incorrect or insufficient information

  • Service restrictions at the delivery PIN code

  • Product unavailability

4.4 Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
4.5 In case of failed transactions or double deductions, customers must coordinate directly with their bank or payment provider.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All return-related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5.1 Refunds are provided only in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered products.
5.2 Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@revoaesthetics.co.
5.3 Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
5.4 Requests without valid proof (images/videos) may be rejected.
