Payment Policy

At Revo Aesthetics, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and seamless payment experience for all customers purchasing from www.revoaesthetics.co.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support both Prepaid Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) (available at select PIN codes).

Prepaid Payment Options

We accept the following:

  • Visa Debit & Credit Cards

  • MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards

  • American Express

  • RuPay Cards

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)

  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

  • Mobile Wallets (as permitted by our payment gateway)

Card Payment Process

For card transactions:

  • Visa/MasterCard require a 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV

  • American Express requires a 15-digit card number and 4-digit security code

  • All transactions are routed through PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted payment gateways

We do not store or access any sensitive financial information.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only at eligible locations identified by our courier partners

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply

  • All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment

COD orders may be cancelled if a user has a history of non-delivery or refusal.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS instantly

  • If your account is debited but confirmation does not appear, please email:

Include:

  • Transaction Reference Number

  • Registered Email ID & Phone Number

  • Date & Time of Transaction

Your payment remains safe, and our support team will assist promptly.

4. Payment Gateway Information

Revo Aesthetics partners with trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or equivalent.

These gateways:

  • Are independent service providers

  • Follow strict RBI and PCI-DSS security regulations

  • Handle authorization, processing, and settlement of payments

You may be redirected to the payment provider’s secure page during checkout.

5. Security of Your Payments

We prioritize user security and financial data protection:

  • All transactions are fully encrypted

  • We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or wallet credentials

  • OTP-based 3-D Secure authentication is mandatory for all card payments

  • Payment gateways used are PCI-DSS certified and meet RBI guidelines

Your financial information remains completely confidential and secure

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If:

  • Money is deducted but the order is not placed

  • The payment shows as “Failed” or “Pending”

  • You were charged twice

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment source within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Revo Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

To ensure a safe transaction environment, Revo Aesthetics reserves the right to:

  • Verify orders via call or email

  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders

  • Deny COD to users with past delivery issues

  • Block accounts involved in fraudulent activity

Chargeback misuse or intentional payment fraud may result in legal action.

8. Refunds Under Replacement Policy

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Duplicate payment occurred

  • Payment failed but the amount was charged

Refunds will always be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
