1. Accepted Payment Methods
We support both Prepaid Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) (available at select PIN codes).

Card Payment Process
For card transactions:

Visa/MasterCard require a 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV

American Express requires a 15-digit card number and 4-digit security code

We do not store or access any sensitive financial information.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only at eligible locations identified by our courier partners

A nominal COD handling fee may apply

All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
COD orders may be cancelled if a user has a history of non-delivery or refusal.

4. Payment Gateway Information

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

7. Fraud Prevention

Deny COD to users with past delivery issues

Block accounts involved in fraudulent activity
Chargeback misuse or intentional payment fraud may result in legal action.
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Replacement is not possible

Product is out of stock

Duplicate payment occurred

Payment failed but the amount was charged
Refunds will always be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
