1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
An order confirmation email/SMS is sent immediately after purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp, along with courier updates.
Delays may occur if incorrect information is provided; we are not responsible for delays arising from user error.
2. Delivery Timelines (India Only)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2 - 4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 - 7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7- 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:
Courier load
Weather conditions
Festivals or regional restrictions
Operational issues or unforeseen delays
Google requires clear delivery expectations therefore, we ensure no unrealistic timelines are promised.
3. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India through verified logistics partners.
If a PIN code becomes unserviceable after order placement, the order may be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted, trackable carriers such as:
Delhivery
Blue Dart
DTDC
Shadowfax
India Post (for remote areas)
All shipments are fully traceable once dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may incur a nominal shipping fee.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available for your PIN code, may include an additional handling charge.
All applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
6. Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive:

Automated courier updates
Delivery notifications

7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer unavailability the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping may require additional charges.
8. Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, customers must:
Provide correct and complete address details
Include nearby landmarks
Enter an accurate PIN code
Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be edited.
Each order can be shipped to one address only.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
Please contact us immediately if your order:
Exceeds the expected delivery timeframe
Shows as “Delivered” but is not received
Appears lost in transit
We require notification within 24 hours for faster resolution.

10. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Product

Damaged or leaking product
Wrong item
Packaging that appears tampered

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery personnel are not authorized to accept returns directly.
11. International Shipping
International deliveries are currently not available.
We are working to launch global shipping soon. Updates will be shared on the Website once enabled.
