Cancellation Policy

At Revo Aesthetics, we aim to process your orders quickly so your skincare products reach you on time. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled, along with applicable conditions.

By placing an order on www.revoaesthetics.co, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered Email ID / Phone Number

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund for Prepaid Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • An order cannot be cancelled if:

  • It has already been shipped

  • It is out for delivery

  • A cancellation request is placed after courier pickup

  • The order is a COD package already handed to the courier

  • Once dispatched, the order must be accepted at delivery, after which return policies (if applicable) will apply.

3. Cancellation by Revo Aesthetics

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Payment not received / payment failure

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Unserviceable delivery PIN code

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts in past orders

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or policy abuse

If an order is cancelled from our side for prepaid customers:

  • Refund will be initiated within 48 hours

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

4. Change of Address or Order Modification

Once an order is placed:

  • Changes to the shipping address, phone number, or products in the order are not permitted

  • A customer may request cancellation (before dispatch) and place a new order with updated details

This ensures accuracy and prevents delivery failures.

5. COD Order Cancellations

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • COD cancellations must be made before dispatch

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of COD facility for your account

  • A nominal COD handling charge may apply based on courier availability

6. Refund Timelines

Refunds, when applicable, are processed as follows:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund issued to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refund (if applicable) may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refund timelines:

  • 3–5 business days for banks/wallets/UPI

  • May vary due to bank processing time or public holidays
