Refund & Returns Policy

At Revo Aesthetics, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired item, we offer a transparent and hassle-free resolution.

This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged, broken, or leaked product

  • You received an expired product

Please Note:
Returns or refunds are not eligible for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Dislike of texture, fragrance, or results

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

This is in line with hygiene standards for skincare products.

2. Return / Replacement Window

You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return or replacement, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Registered phone number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Note:
Instagram DMs or social media messages are not considered official support channels.

4. Review & Approval Process

  • Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review the issue within 48 hours

  • If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • If the request does not meet policy criteria, it may be declined.

5. Refund / Replacement Process

After the returned product reaches our facility:

Quality Check

  • Our quality control team will verify the concern

  • If the issue is validated, we will process the resolution

Replacement

  • A new product will be shipped within 24–48 hours, subject to availability

Refund

If replacement is not possible:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Important Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only under objective conditions (damage, wrong delivery, expired product).
    Not eligible if:

  • Product is used or opened

  • Packaging is missing or damaged after delivery

  • Product is damaged due to improper storage

  • Courier attempts delivery but customer is unavailable

  • Multiple return requests for the same order are raised

  • Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Free gifts, complimentary samples, or promotional items

Revo Aesthetics reserves the right to approve or reject return or replacement requests based on internal assessment and policy criteria.
